Hi @Aryan M ,
Couple of points which are being considered by the Large Tenants before entering into cities or on expansion which created the ultimate demand and supply follows it :
a) the Talent Pool available with the city and the cost of the talent pool ( Suppose they want to set up KPO where let's say average salary is 50k a month will that workforce survive in that for the given city)
b) Rental Cost is around 3-4% of Tech Companies (not a decision changer)
c) Infra of the city and connectivity roadmap
d) Supply vs Demand (if they can expand in future with that city)
There are multiple RFPs (Request for Proposal) which all the three REITs quoted, that are running across the country. Bangalore being have the maximum.
